LSU Vs. Ole Miss Baseball Update: Tigers Take Lead In 13th Inning

After three complete extra innings between No. 4 LSU and No. 26 Ole Miss, the Tigers took a 4-3 lead in the top of the 13th inning on an RBI-single by designated hitter Grant Dozar.

Left fielder Raph Rhymes, who came into the game hitting .500 on the season, was walked before first baseman Tyler Moore singled to the right side and advanced Rhymes to third base. That's when Dozar let loose, after all of those scoreless innings, going back to the ninth.

LSU got out to an early lead in this one, before the Runnin' Rebels came roaring back to take the lead. But the Tigers made a bit of a comeback of their own to force the game into extras.

Both LSU and Ole Miss each have a home run on the night, with Tyler Moore going yard in the second inning for the Tigers and Matt Snyder hit a solo shot for Ole Miss in the seventh.
