2012 U.S. Open: Jim Furyk Has 1-Stroke Lead In Final Round

The final round of the 2012 U.S. Open is coming to its conclusion and currently the leader is Jim Furyk who is currently shooting 1-over par through 11 holes, and even for the tournament. Furyk has been nothing but consistent on Sunday as he has 10 pars to only one bogey.

Furyk is being chased by Webb Simpson who is one back and is having one of the better final rounds by being at 2-under par through 14 holes. After Simpson there are three players who are 2-over par, and Michael Thompson is one of them and has already completed his round.

The other two players at 2-over par are Ernie Ells and Graeme McDowell. Els is currently shooting even par which includes an eagle on the No. 4 hole with still five holes left. McDowell has struggled on Sunday and is currently shooting 3-over par, but he is paired with Furyk so he will know exactly what he must do to get the win.
