Texas A&M Among Possible Destinations For Freddie Stevenson

Time linebacker recruit Freddie Stevenson from Florida has four schools listed as his possible destination in 2013, and Texas A&M is among them.

Stevenson has dealt with injury issues, breaking his fibula last November. But he says he's back to about 90 percent on his recovery and was officially cleared earlier in the year for the last week of spring football.

Despite the injury, top schools have stuck by four-star recruit (three-star depending who you're asking or reading). He holds a plethora of offers and recently named his top four schools: Florida State, Texas A&M, Penn State and Florida, though the Gators have yet to offer.

Here's Stevenson's comments with SB Nation's Bud Elliot:

"A&M was my first offer, and they're going to the SEC and are going to get better," Stevenson said of the Aggies. "I talk with coach Wallerstedt," he added.
