The Houston Astros will try to grab a much needed series win on Sunday in the rubber match of a three-game series against the Cleveland Indians. The Astros broke out of an offensive slump on Saturday in an 8-1 victory. They will try to carry some of that offense over to Sunday when they take on the struggling Derek Lowe.
After a stellar start to the season Lowe is scuffling with a 1-4 record and 8.13 ERA in his last six starts. Lowe is now 7-5 with a 4.30 ERA overall this season.
The Astros will hand the ball to J.A. Happ who snapped a personal losing streak last time out. Happ was solid in a win over Kansas City on June 18 allowing two runs in six innings. He is 5-7 with a 5.15 ERA on the season.
