2012 NBA Summer League: Donatas Motiejunas Leads Rockets Over Raptors 93-81

Houston rookie Donatas Motiejunas scored a game-high 25 points to lead the Rockets over the Toronto Raptors in Friday's opening game of the 2012 Vegas Summer League.

Motiejunas hit 11 of 13 shots and grabbed nine rebounds to lead four Houston players in double figures. Fellow rookie Terrence Jones added 17 points while Jeremy Lamb and Chandler Parsons chipped in 16 each. Houston grabbed a 39-29 rebounding advantage and handed out 21 assists as a team. Rookie Royce White finished with six points in just over 17 minutes of action.

Terrence Ross led the Raptors with 21 points on 8 of 19 shooting. 2011 rookie Ed Davis added 18 points and eight rebounds. Bobby Brown chipped in 15 points.

The Rockets continue play on Saturday when they take on the Washington Wizards.
