Astros Vs. Brewers Final Score: Houston Wins Rare Consecutive Games As They Defeat Milwaukee 6-5

The Houston Astros won a rare back-to-back game as they defeated the Milwaukee Brewers 6-5 in 10 innings. Third baseman Scott Moore hit the game winning run in the bottom of the 10th when he hit a deep single to left field to knock in Jose Altuve for the win. This consecutive win for the Astros is their first since June 26-27.

The Astros and Brewers each allowed a pair of runs in the first and second innings with the Astros Steve Pearce hitting a two-RBI single to get on the board first. With the game tied at two apiece after two innings the Astros scored another two runs in the third when Brett Wallace hit a RBI single, and that was followed by a RBI triple by Pearce.

Moving ahead later in the game the Astros led 5-4 in the top of the ninth, but Jean Segura was able to knock in the tying runs as he grounded out to the shortstop off of the Astros Wilton Lopez to send the game into extra innings. Lopez stayed in the game in the 10th inning and struck out a pair of Brewers and kept them off the board to help the Astros get the win.
