The Barclays 2012 Leaderboard: Bob Estes Drops To 5-Under While Nick Watney Opens Up 2-Shot Lead

Texas native Bob Estes has dropped to 5-under at the 2012 Barclays tournament at Bethpage Black in New York as a result of two bogeys in the first six holes. Meanwhile, Nick Watney is now at 10-under and holds a two-stroke lead over the rest of the field.

Estes started the day tied for second place and was in the second-to-last pairing with Vijay Singh, who remains at 7-under after staying even through six holes on Saturday. Watney was in the final pairing with Sergio Garcia after the two finished up the second round in a tie for the lead. Garcia is even through six holes today, while Watney has countered a bogey with three birdies to stay at 2-under.

Other notables in the field include Tiger Woods and Rickie Fowler, who are both 1-under for the day and 6-under for the tournament. Padraig Harrington, who was atop the leaderboard after shooting a -7 on Thursday, is two shots over par today and has fallen down to 1-under for the tournament.
