2012 U.S. Open Tennis: TV Schedule, Matches, Live Streaming And More

The 2012 U.S. Open Tennis Championships begins on Monday, Aug. 27 from the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center from New York City, with several potential high-profile matches highlighting the tournament schedule.

No. 1 seed Roger Federer is hoping to recover from a disappointing loss to No. 3 seed Andy Murray in the Olympics tennis final, and will face Donald Young in round one at Arthur Ashe stadium in prime time. Murray will take on Alex Bogomolov Jr. at Arthur Ashe Stadium at midday following the women's singles matchup between Petra Martic and Samantha Stosur.

Native Texan Andy Roddick holds the No. 20 seed for the tournament and will face Rhyne Williams in the first round.

Television coverage starts at 9:30 a.m. CT on the Tennis Channel with the action set to start at 10:00 a.m. CT. ESPN 2 will carry limited live coverage beginning at noon, with full live coverage of the prime time action at Arthur Ashe Stadium set to begin at 6:00 p.m. CT.
