The Houston Texans got a scare late Tuesday night, as star LB Brian Cushing was rushed to the hospital due to flu-like symptoms.
The fourth-year pro missed Wednesday's morning practice, but it's not expected to be a serious concern down the road:

Gary Kubiak told reporters that he expected Cushing back in practice this afternoon. With the start of the NFL season still almost a month away, there would be little reason to rush him back if the Texans were worried about his health.
Cushing has been an iron man since entering the NFL, with the only games he's missed in his first three seasons coming as the result of a suspension for a positive drug test.
