Astros Vs. Cubs Score Update: Teams Tied At 1 After 4 Innings

The Houston Astros have the worst record in the majors, but they had at least won their last five home games against the Chicago Cubs coming into their three-game set at Minute Maid Park. On Monday night, however, the score is tied 1-1 after four innings.

Dave Sappelt gave the Cubs a 1-0 lead in the second inning with an RBI double.

The Astros' Justin Maxwell led off the fourth inning with a triple and then scored on a Jason Castro single to tie the game.

Pitching against the Cubs for the first time in his career, Dallas Keuchel gave up one run and six hits in four innings, with one strikeout and two walks. Brandon Laird pinch-hit for Keuchel in the fourth inning, so Houston will have a new pitcher at the top of the fifth.

Chris Volstad has given up one run and three hits in four innings, with three strikeouts and three walks.
