Idaho Vs. LSU 2012: Game Time, TV Schedule, Odds And More

The No. 3 LSU Tigers haven't had any trouble against non-conference opponents in 2012, and that's likely to continue when they face the winless Idaho Vandals on Saturday in Baton Rouge.

The Tigers (2-0), who crushed the Washington Huskies 40-3 last week and have outscored their opponents 82-17 this season, don't have much to worry about with The Vandals, but head coach Les Miles told The Associated Press that the Tigers aren't taking their Week 3 matchup lightly.

"We do not take anybody lightly," Miles said. "If we are going to improve, our team has to make strides this week against this opponent. If we bring the intensity we need to, we'll accomplish something this Saturday."

The rushing game will be a battle of polar opposites. LSU is currently ranked No. 11 in the nation in rushing offense, averaging 279 yards per game, while the Idaho is ranked No. 122 with 37.9 yards per contest. The Vandals rushed for just six yards in their 20-13 loss to Bowling Green in Week 2.

The Tigers are favored by 42.5-points on Saturday, so it could get ugly early in Death Valley.

Game time, TV channel: 8 p.m. ET, ESPN 3

Point spread: LSU favored by 42.5
