Vince Young has been relegated to doing what many of us have had to do in our hours of need: take to social media to look for work.
The 29-year-old former No. 3 overall NFL pick is reportedly broke and stuck in litigation regarding his misused fortune, and on Wednesday the unemployed quarterback took to Twitter to address the situation:
It’s a shame to see people revel in and rally around negativity in the media but I guess it’s to be expected. Yes, I need a job, who doesn’t
— Vince Young (@VinceYoung) September 19, 2012
Yes, I want to be out there playing the game I love and earning a paycheck, who wouldn't?

We are working to rectify some unfortunate finical losses, which stemmed from betrayal by those I trusted most.

Young was guaranteed around $26 million after taxes after being drafted by the Tennessee Titans in 2006. Once a national champion at Texas and an NFL Rookie of the Year, Young is now broke and searching for work. He was cut by the Buffalo Bills in the preseason while trying to make the team as a backup, the same role he served last year with the Philadelphia Eagles.
