2013 Bracketology: Duke, Indiana among projected top seeds

Which four schools will claim the No. 1 seeds on Selection Sunday? Duke and Indiana are on the right track.

The NCAA Tournament is a week away. With conference tournaments taking over the college basketball world for the next couple of days, teams everywhere are looking to add a few finishing touches to their resume before Selection Sunday arrives.

As for the four No. 1 seeds up for grabs, it appears only three are available. The Gonzaga Bulldogs, which won the West Coast Conference championship on Monday night with an impressive showing against St. Mary's, are now 31-2 this season and should be the top seed in the West Region. It is not set in stone, but the Zags being placed anywhere else in the bracket would be a surprise.

At the moment, Duke, Indiana and Louisville are the other three projected No. 1 seeds in the latest Bracketology update from Chris Dobbertean of SB Nation. Joe Lunardi of ESPN also reflects this in his most recent update.

Indiana and Duke would seem to have enough on their resumes that, even if they're upset early in their conference tournament, it would not bump them from the top line. As for the other spot, if a team like Georgetown can win the Big East or Michigan wins the Big Ten, Louisville could be bumped down to a two seed.
