Former Iron Chef contestant and current restaurant owner Bryan Caswell, a life-long Astros fan, will work for the Astros at Minute Maid Park this year in the hopes of delivering some good eats for fans. I'll let KHOU tell you a bit about his credentials:
↵↵↵Caswell's award-winning seafood restaurant, REEF, earned him a 2009 Best New Chef Award from Food & Wine Magazine. In this same year, Caswell was also named to Continental Airlines' Congress of Chefs where he will help shape the menu offerings for their in-flight food service.
↵He also owns Little Bigs, a casual burger joint and wine bar that became an instant success after opening in 2009.

At first glance, the easy joke here would be to say something along the lines of "comfort food," to satiate the fans after another awful season.
