George Bush Has Absolutely Visited Astros Dot Com

In no way is he just reading off of a sheet.

The Astros lone celebrity fan is encouraging you to vote for your favorite Astros to start the All-Star game, which will be played in Arizona this year. So feel free to break common logic in selecting Astros to the game; the president has encouraged you to do so. Albert Pujols is having a down year, so clearly Brett Wallace should get his votes. Who is Joey Votto? I can't imagine a better second baseman than Bill Hall. Okay, maybe Brad Emaus

You can't help but feel bad for the Astros marketing staff upon viewing this video. The Astros don't really have any actual All-Star candidates, especially since fans don't vote on the pitchers. Houston's All-Star would likely be Wandy Rodriguez if the selection came down right now, which would be nice since Rodriguez has yet to be selected, as he's a notorious second-half pitcher.

In the meantime, they'll have to encourage eyeball crowds of 8-10,000 to vote for Hunter Pence, as if it will matter.
