The Houston Astros announced Friday that they have named the club's three minor league coordinators, two roving instructors and the medical staff for 2013.

Paul Runge has been named the team's minor league field coordinator for the third consecutive season, Dyar Miller is taking over the role of pitching coordinator and Ralph Dickenson will handle the club's hitting coordinator duties. Craig Bjornson has vacated his role as the team's bullpen coach in 2012 to take over as the club's roving pitching instructor. The club's minor league medical staff will be comprised of strength and conditioning coordinator Brendan Verner, medical coordinator Jamey Snodgrass and rehab coordinator Daniel Roberts.

Miller joins the Astros staff after serving as the Cardinals bullpen coach in 2012 and spending four seasons as the St. Louis' minor league pitching coordinator.

Dickenson, who joins the Astros staff from Toronto, has spent 19 seasons as a minor league hitting instructor for six different teams.

Bjornson spent 2012 as the Astros' major league bullpen coach.

Verner joins the Astros after being San Diego's assistant minor league strength and conditioning coordinator for the past two seasons, while Snodgrass and Roberts return to their posts for the third consecutive season.
