Astros Vs. Reds Final Score: Houston Wins 6-4

Jose Altuve went 2-for-5 with a triple, double, and two RBIs to lead the Houston Astros to a 6-4 win over Cincinnati in the first of a three game series. Astros starter Wandy Rodriguez, who gave up just two runs on six hits in six innings. Rodriguez got the benefit of an early 6-0 Astros lead. J.D. Martinez is hitting .313 on Houston's current road trip, and he and Altuve started the offense early.

Chris Johnson scored Jeff Lowrie in the fourth inning on a RBI double, making the score 3-0. Jordan Schafer's two-out RBI single put the Astros ahead 5-0. Then it was Altuve again, hitting a RBI double.

One big area of concern for Houston: First baseman Carlos Lee sprained his left ankle on the first play the bottom of the first inning and did not return. Lee planted his foot on a throw to first and went down immediately in pain.
