Houston will hit the road after a day off, starting a three-game series with division rival Pittsburgh on Friday. Bud Norris will get the start for the Astros, with 4.58 ERA this season. In his last start, Norris threw six innings of three-hit ball against the Cardinals, allowing one unearned run. But against Pittsburgh, Norris has struggled, going 3-4 with a 4.04 ERA in eight starts.
Manager Brad Mills told MLB.com that he'll keep J.D. Martinez out of the lineup in left field a few more days, and that Travis Buck and Justin Maxwell ill get the at-bats.
