Astros Vs. Giants Final Score: Houston Swept With 3-2 Loss On Sunday

Buster Posey's go-ahead single in the fifth inning proved to be the difference as the Houston Astros fell to the San Francisco Giants 3-2 on Sunday. The loss was the Astros fourth in a row and completed a three-game sweep by the Giants.

The Giants took a 2-0 lead in the first inning on a Buster Posey RBI single and a bases loaded walk from Bud Norris. Houston rallied with single runs in the third and fourth innings to tie the game before Posey put the Giants back on top for good in the fifth.

Matt Cain picks up his 10th win of the season allowing five hits and one earned run in 6 1/3 innings. Bud Norris takes the loss after allowing five hits and three runs in six innings. Norris walked six and struck out six on the evening. Santiago Casilla picked up his 23rd save of the season.

Posey went 3 for 4 for the Giants and drove in two of their three runs. Marwin Gonzalez had two hits for the Astros in his return from the disabled list.
