The Houston Astros look to end their eight-game losing streak as they finish up a three-game series against the Cincinnati Reds tonight at Minute Maid Park.
Bud Norris (5-8, 5.33 ERA) will take the mound for the Astros, looking to snap his personal seven-game losing streak. Norris had a rough outing his last time out against the Arizona Diamondbacks, giving up six hits, five walks and nine runs in just 4-1/3 innings.
The Reds will counter with Homer Bailey (9-6, 3.74 ERA), who has won his last four decisions. Bailey had his best performance of his winning streak in his last start, giving up just six hits and one run while striking out ten in eight innings of work against the Milwaukee Brewers on July 20.
