Astros Call Up Enerio Del Rosario To Help Out Bullpen

The Houston Astros called up reliever Enerio Del Rosario once again from triple-A OKlahoma City. Del Rosario replaces the optioned pitcher Dallas Keuchel. The move to drop Keuchel was to help an overworked relief staff, and look for him to resurface to the Majors after a few starts. Del Rosario has had two stints with the Astros and this year he has allowed six runs, nine hits and in six innings of work.

Astros manager Brad Mills made this move to give the Astros some much needed bullpen arms:

"We need to have another arm right now with the way these last few games have gone."

The move also gives the Astros a six-man rotation which will allow some relief pitchers to get some much needed rest, and with the All-Star break approaching next week it will help out even more to get the Astros pitching staff rested.
