While everyone focuses on the Boise State Broncos as the "BCS Buster" for the race to the national championship in New Orleans, its time for the national spotlight to shine on Kevin Sumlin's Houston Cougars. The Cougs have had a rapid ascent up the rankings in recent weeks, and now sit at No. 11 in this week's AP poll.

For Houston, if they can stay undefeated and get to at least No. 12 or higher in the BCS rankings, they are assured a spot in a BCS Bowl Game. Hopefully the bowl selection committee wouldn't place Houston versus Boise State, the people want to see Case Keenum slang the pigskin around the field on some of the big boys.
