Houston vs. SMU 2012: Game time, TV schedule, odds and more

Riding a three-game winning streak, Houston will look to keep rolling against SMU on Thursday night.

The Houston Cougars will take their three-game winning streak on the road when they face the SMU Mustangs in a Conference USA battle on Thursday night.

Houston (3-3, 2-0 in C-USA) is coming off of a 39-17 win at home over UAB on Saturday, which followed respective wins over North Texas and Rice in the two previous weeks. The three-straight victories also came after the Cougars began the season at 0-3.

The Mustangs (2-4, 1-1 in C-USA), on the other hand, fell 27-26 on the road to Tulane on Saturday, in what was the Green Wave's first win of the season.

According to OddsShark, the Cougars opened as 2½-point favorites this week but the line has expanded, as Houston is now a 6-point favorite over the Mustangs. The over/under of total points in the game also rose from 57, where it started, to 60.

Game time is set for 7 p.m. CT at Gerald Ford Stadium, and the game will be televised on FSN.
