Southwest Division results
Washington 98, Houston 91 — See here.
San Antonio 105, Los Angeles 97 — Down Chris Kaman, Eric Gordon, and Baron Davis, the Clippers were forced to use a starting backcourt of Eric Bledsoe and Rasual Butler. This, surprisingly, was not effective against the Spurs, who whomped them despite just 6 points from Tim Duncan. Richard Jefferson and Manu Ginobli both scored 22 in the win.
Dallas 106, Memphis 91 — Jason Terry came off the bench to score 25 points in 31 minutes, and the Grizzlies starting backcourt of Mike Conley and OJ Mayo shot just 5-19 as the Grizz couldn’t keep pace with the Mavericks. The Mavericks shot 54% from the floor and were able to get former Rocket Steve Novak 2 minutes of garbage time. Zach Randolph had 23 points and 9 rebounds in the losing effort.
