Houston, TX (Sports Network) – LaMarcus Aldridge scored 10 of his 27 points in the fourth quarter, as Portland used a late comeback to top Houston, 103-100, at the Toyota Center.
Aldridge also grabbed a game-high 13 rebounds. Patrick Mills scored 14 in a reserve role and Nicolas Batum, Marcus Camby and Dante Cunningham each finished with 10 points for the Trail Blazers, who went 1-1 on their Texas road trip.
Portland lost to Dallas, 84-81, on Tuesday but has won three of four overall.
Kevin Martin scored a game-high 45 points thanks to making 13-of-15 from the free throw line. Shane Battier added 13 points and Luis Scola grabbed 12 rebounds and recorded a career-high three blocks for the Rockets, who have lost three straight.
