The Houston Rockets shook up their roster somewhat on Tuesday, sending down Royce White, Donatas Motiejunas and Scott Machado to the D-League, according to a tweet by Mark Berman of Houston's Fox 26.
The Rockets might be looking to get some regular playing time for White. The forward, who suffers from anxiety issues, was drafted with the 16th overall pick out of Iowa State and has yet to log any minutes in the Rockets' first six games. He's also been dealing with migraines.
Motiejunas, a 7-foot power forward from Lithuania, has only seen the floor in one game this year. He logged five minutes in the Rockets' 96-82 win over the Detroit Pistons last Suturday, scoring 3 points on 1-of-2 shooting while also picking up two fouls. Machado, an undrafted rookie point guard out of Iona, has also yet to see any action.
Houston's D-League affiliate is the Rio Grande Valley Vipers.
