Forward Patrick Patterson will make his first start of the season for the Houston Rockets Sunday night against the Utah Jazz. Center Samuel Dalembert will come off the bench for Houston after Dalembert was late to a meeting earlier in the day.

Dalembert is averaging 7.3 points and 7.8 rebounds per game this season for the Rockets and has started 24 of 31 games. Patterson is averaging 7.1 points and 4.0 rebounds per game so far this season. The Rockets recalled center Greg Smith from the D-League and Kevin McHale said during the pregame that Smith could see some time against the Jazz.
