Rockets Vs. Raptors Score: Houston Takes 45-36 Lead Into Halftime

The Houston Rockets jumped out to an early lead and carry a 45-36 lead over the Toronto Raptors into halftime. The Rockets built an early 27-15 lead at the end of the first but cooled off some in the second where they were outscored by the Raptors 21-18.

Kyle Lowry got off to a great start with 11 first-half points on 4-6 shooting. Samuel Dalembert and Luis Scola each added eight points and Scola also grabbed seven rebounds before picking up his third foul late in the half and heading to the bench. Kevin Martin and Patrick Patterson finished the half with six points apiece.

James Johnson has 10 points to lead the Raptors who shot just 39 percent in the first half and were 0-8 from three-point range. DeMar DeRozan added seven points for Toronto.
