With only nines game left in the regular season every game is important and Wednesday night's game between the Houston Rockets and Utah Jazz is no exception. The Rockets are sitting at the No. 6 spot in the Western Conference and are only two games ahead of the No. 9 spot, and the Jazz are sitting 1.5 games from the final playoff spot, so this game is key for both teams.
The Rockets have won four straight games and five of their last six games which has propelled them to the No. 6 spot, but the Jazz have been free falling and have lost five of their last eight games and have been slipping in the playoff race.
Kyle Lowry has slowly moved back into the lineup after missing a month with a bacterial infection and he is improving with each game. In his last game Lowry played 23 minutes and scored 13 points on 5-of-6 shooting, and Lowry is fine with pacing himself back in the lineup with the hope of being at full strength for the playoffs.
