Houston Rockets: Biggest Game Of The Year

Rockets vs. Jazz, the long time rivalry adds another chapter tonight. The two teams have split their two meetings so far this year, so the winner tonight takes the all-important tie-breaker. Home-court has been huge in their series this year, with the Rockets winning by 16 on February 19th; the Jazz won 104-83 on February 29th. With the Rockets holding a 2 1/2 game lead on Utah with 9 games left, a win tonight would basically eliminate Utah and lockup a spot for the Rockets. According to GM Daryl Morey, if the Rockets win tonight, they have a 96% chance to make the playoffs.

Big stat to watch tonight is the rebound battle. In their two games this season, the Jazz have out rebounded the Rockets on average 45-36 per game. The Rockets didn't have Camby back then and Scola didn't play in the first game; so I expect the Rockets to take care of business.
