Mired in a six-game losing streak, the Houston Rockets are clinging to mathematics for their playoff hopes. Houston's six game skid has put them on the outside of the Western Conference playoffs, a full game behind the Phoenix Suns and Utah Jazz.
Houston welcomes the Golden State Warriors into town on Saturday night, as the Rockets at the very least look to snap a six-game losing streak. Luckily for the Rockets, the Warriors are also mired in a losing streak. Golden State has dropped their last seven contests. The Warriors are also awful on the road, as they own a 10-21 road record for the season.
The Rockets need all sorts of help to make the playoffs, but they also need to take care of their own business -- something they haven't done lately.
Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. Televised coverage can be found locally on KTXH. Radio coverage can be found on 610 AM and 850 AM.
