Saturday there were multiple reports that said that the Orlando Magic were working on a three-team deal that would send Dwight Howard to the Los Angeles Lakers, and also involved the Cleveland Cavaliers.
However, that report was disputed by the Cavs beat writer Jason Lloyd of the Arkson Beacon Journal.
Nothing to these trade rumors involving #Cavs, Lakers and Magic, league source confirms. No merit to them at all.

Lloyd also mentioned the Magic are throwing out these trade scenarios to try to leverage Houston, but these tactics are not working.
The Rockets general manager Daryl Morey is not falling for these moves by his Magic counterpart Rob Hennigan, and will not bid against himself in his pursuit of landing Howard.
