The Houston Rockets appear determined to do everything they can to make a splash during the 2012 NBA offseason. They are attempting to land Omer Asik, may still have designs on Dwight Howard and now seem to be courting the biggest news story to come out of professional basketball last season.
According to Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle, New York Knicks point guard Jeremy Lin will visit with the Rockets in Houston on Wednesday. The sudden superstar captured the imagination of the entire world with his spectacular play with the Knicks before his season was cut short with a knee injury.
Could Lin find a new home in Houston that would perhaps be more conducive to his style of play? Rockets fans will have to stay tuned to find out.
