After dealing point guard Kyle Lowry to the Toronto Raptors, the Houston Rockets have come to terms on an offer sheet with New York Knicks point guard Jeremy Lin according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports:
Terms are immediately unknown on Lin offer sheet, but plan has been to backload money in deal. New York has vowed to match any offer.

Lin has been rumored to be on the Rockets wish list since free agency began and the Knicks have said they plan on matching any deal for their young point guard. But it seems the Rockets have planned to backload the contract with a monetary 'poison pill' similar to the one they included in the offer sheet for Chicago Bulls big man Omer Asik:
Terms are immediately unknown on Lin offer sheet, but plan has been to backload money in deal. New York has vowed to match any offer.

The Jeremy Lin deal is reportedly for three years.
