Marcus Camby Unlikely To Re-Sign With Rockets, According To Report

It has been a strange few weeks for the Rockets.

The Rockets apparently are going in a direction, and Marcus Camby doesn't like it, according to tweets from Fox26's Mark Berman.

Source close to Marcus Camby says Camby will meet with Miam Heat tomorrow. He's also considering NY, Dallas, Spurs.

Source close to Camby thought it was lock Camby would re-sign w/Houston, but source says less likely w/Rockets headed in diff. Direction

Last season, Camby averaged 4.9 points and 9.0 rebounds per game, the last 19 of which came with the Rockets. He was acquired in a trade in March for two players and a second-round pick, but Houston collapsed down the stretch and missed the playoffs.

Since acquiring a few more draft picks for the 2012 draft and failing to get Dwight Howard, the Rockets have lost Goran Dragic, Camby and traded Kyle Lowry to Toronto in an apparent rebuilding.
