The Houston Rockets could be bringing back a familiar face to town in restricted free agent guard Aaron Brooks. Brooks was shipped to the Phoenix Suns last year when the Rockets acquired Goran Dragic, but now the Rockets are in need of guard play since they let Dragic walk and traded Kyle Lowry.
The two sides are interested in reuniting, but there is no deal in place per Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle.
Rockets, Aaron Brooks have "mutual interest" in deal to bring him back to Houston, per source. Deal not close. Won't depend on Lin decision.
