Week 12 Texans Injury Report: Daniels Out Again, Sharpton To Start

The big news out of Friday's practice is that rookie Darryl Sharpton will get the start at weakside linebacker - despite Zac Diles being healthy and practicing. Last week, Diles missed the game for a presumed illness, but it turns out that the health scare was an irregular heartbeat. Diles will see some playing time, according to Kubiak, but Sharpton's starting at weakside linebacker after a solid performance last week.

Here's the rest of the injury report from Nick Scurfield. TE Owen Daniels will miss Sunday's game, but there's hope that he plays on Thursday. Joel Dreeseen, coming off a career day, will start again for the Texans.
