Week 9 Texans Injury Report: Johnson Sits Out Wednesday Practice

Nick Scurfield goes over this weeks injury report, and a familiar face joins the drama as Andre Johnson sits out practice on Wednesday after catching his ankle on the Indy turf near the end of the game:

Did Not Participate in Practice
LB Xavier Adibi (hamstring), TE Owen Daniels (hamstring), WR Andre Johnson (ankle), DE Mario Williams (hip)

Limited Participation in Practice
DT Earl Mitchell (ankle), DE Jesse Nading (ankle)

Full Participation in Practice
LB Kevin Bentley (knee), G Mike Brisiel (knee), TE Garrett Graham (shoulder), LB Stanford Keglar (thigh), CB Karl Paymah (wrist), LB Darryl Sharpton (ankle)

Adibi (as usual) is day-to-day. The rest of the DNP's are the usual suspects. Mitchell and Nading are participating for the first time in a few weeks, and Mike Brisiel's comeback could be a big deal for a Texans team that is watching Antoine Caldwell struggle at right guard recently.

Nate Kaeding sat out practice again for the Chargers, meaning it's likely that Kris Brown will return to Reliant this week. All of the important Chargers receivers sat out as well, including Antonio Gates, Malcolm Floyd, and the Legend of Nene (Legedu Nanee)
