Week 9 Texans Injury Report: Daniels Sidelined By Hammy

The Texans injury report shed a couple of big names in Mario Williams and Andre Johnson from the DNP list, but Owen Daniels continues to sit with a nagging hamstring that he aggravated against the Colts. Xavier "DNP" Adibi joined him on the sidelines while everyone else at least got a little work in on the side:

Did Not Participate in Practice
LB Xavier Adibi (hamstring), TE Owen Daniels (hamstring)

Limited Participation in Practice
DT Shaun Cody (knee), WR Andre Johnson (ankle), DT Earl Mitchell (ankle), DE Jesse Nading (ankle), DE Mario Williams (hip)

Full Participation in Practice
LB Kevin Bentley (knee), G Mike Brisiel (knee), TE Garrett Graham (shoulder), LB Stanford Keglar (thigh), CB Karl Paymah (wrist), LB Darryl Sharpton (ankle)

Cody was a new addition to the report, but he often takes a day here or there off when the Texans are indoors due to his problems with turf. It looks like Brisiel will be good to go.

On the Chargers side of things, Antonio Gates again sat out and is looking more and more likely to miss the game on Sunday. The other two Chargers wideouts, Malcolm Floyd and Legedu Naanee, also sat out. The Chargers signed Kelley Washington to help reinforce the position today, so it's likely that at least one of the two won't be out there on Sunday. If you're looking for the Chargers players who will have big fantasy days against the terrible Texans defense, try Patrick Crayton and Randy McMichael.
