Week 14 NFL Scores & Standings: Texans Break Hearts, Lose AFC South Race

Indianapolis Colts 30, Tennessee Titans 28 (Thursday) - The score is closer than the actual game was as Kerry Collins threw a touchdown pass to Bo Scaife as time expired.

The game was definitely a rebound for each team's marquee star as Titans running back Chris Johnson had 179 all-purpose yards and a touchdown and Colts quarterback put his interception streak behind him with a 319-yard, two touchdown evening. The Titans defense really couldn't slow down Manning as Tennessee fell to its sixth-straight loss.

Oakland Raiders 31, Jacksonville Jaguars 38 - As expected, it was a ground showcase for Darren McFadden and Maurice Jones-Drew. It was unexpected for Rashad Jennings to join that party. Combined, those three had 333 rushing yards on 44 carries - including Jones-Drew's 30-yard game-winning scamper.

The ground game overshadowed a three touchdown effort from David Garrard, who is making a serious case for the Pro Bowl, and a season-high 324 yards and two touchdowns from Jason Campbell. The Raiders had control of this game until a fumbled kick return by Jacoby Ford. After that, the Jaguars closed the game on a 24-7 run and held their division lead over the Colts.

Baltimore Ravens 34, Houston Texans 28 (Monday; Overtime) - Your typical Texans game. Ravens get up to a 14-point lead thanks to Joe Flacco and Derrick Mason. The Texans close the gap with a pair of Matt Schaub touchdown passes to rally. The new twist? The Texans get it to overtime where Josh Wilson returns an interception for six and the win. Another gut-wrenching loss for Houston. Oh well, at least there's Andre Johnson-Cortland Finnegan: The Sequel next week.

UP-TO-THE-MINUTE AFC SOUTH STANDINGS
Jacksonville Jaguars 8-5 (3-1)
Indianapolis Colts 7-6 (2-2)
Houston Texans 5-8 (2-2)
Tennessee Titans 5-8 (1-3)
