Texans tight end Owen Daniels finally returned to practice Monday according to Nick Scurfield of HoustonTexans.com. Head coach Gary Kubiak described him as being “day-to-day,” but said he’s hoping that Daniels can play on Monday against the Baltimore Ravens.
Of course, he was hopeful that Daniels could play against Philadelphia too, but at least he’s practicing now.
Many Texans missed Monday’s practice, but the game is so far away that it was mostly for precautionary reasons. Those players, also via Scurfield, include Andre Johnson, Eric Winston, Mike Brisiel, and Mario Williams.
The Texans will resume their normal routine on Thursday.
