Andre Johnson aggravated his high ankle sprain in Sunday’s loss to the Dallas Cowboys. He says that he plans to undergo the same treatment given to him last week and will ‘see what happens.’
“[The ankle] was bothering me. It’s been bothering me since I injured it, but I’m able to play with it. If I wasn’t able to play with it, I wouldn’t be out on the field, so I felt comfortable enough to go out and play with it, but it bothers me a little bit.”
Johnson finished with four catches for 64 yards. The Texans face the Oakland Raiders next week, who suddenly don’t appear to be the pushovers that they have been in the past. Don’t be surprised if Johnson becomes a game-time decision on Sunday.
