Andre Johnson Could Be Out Six Weeks

Andre Johnson had said that he was going to try to be back for the Tennessee Titans game this weekend, but that is not going to happen. Johnson is still recovering from his hamstring injury that he suffered against the Pittsburgh Steelers two weeks ago, and Johnson doctors are saying that he could be out an additional six weeks:

"I'm headed in the right direction," Johnson said. "I just want it to heal faster. Right now it's still weak; it's not as strong as it use to be."

"They say it could take up to six weeks at the most," Johnson said. "But I don't think it will take me that long."

If it takes another six weeks, Johnson would return to the lineup after their bye week and against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Nov. 27. Johnson feels that he is ahead of schedule and has been running at practice this week building up strength in his hamstring.
