After Week 5's action is complete, experts across the Internet have once again ranked all 32 NFL teams, and the Houston Texans are (mostly) heralded as the best team in the NFL.
SB Nation's own Joel Thorman accompanies his No. 1 ranking for the Texans by saying, "This team looks straight dominant. It didn't have its best stuff on Monday night against the Jets, but still came away the win."
Rankings from both CBSSports.com and ESPN.com keep Houston on top as well, retaining the No. 1 ranking after a 23-17 win over the New York Jets on Monday. But CBSSports.com says, "They didn't look as good as expected in New York against the Jets."
Yahoo!'s Shutdown Corner has the Texans remaining at No. 2, however, with the Atlanta Falcons keeping the No. 1 spot. The Falcons posted a 24-17 win on the road against the Washington Redskins on Sunday.
One thing was consistent across the rankings: everyone is anxious to see how the Texans do in the next two weeks against the Green Bay Packers and the Baltimore Ravens.
