The Houston Texans have a lengthy injury report with 16 players listed on the report for Thursday, but the big injury news is that backup running back Ben Tate missed his second straight day of practice with a hamstring injury. Tate's status for Sunday's game against the Bills is still in question.

The Texans did get wide receiver Andre Johnson back at practice on Thursday, he missed Wednesday practice but it was non-injury related. However, wide receiver Kevin Walter appeared for the first time this week on the injury report, he was limited in practice due to being sick.

There was some good news out of Thursday's practice, starting defensive Shaun Cody was able to practice on a limited basis on Thursday. Cody has been bothered by a back injury, and was a non-participant on Wednesday.
