Bills vs. Texans: Game time, TV schedule, injury updates and more

The Texans and Bills are both coming off of a bye form last week.

Both the Houston Texans and Buffalo Bills are coming off their bye week, and this is likely going to be a lopsided matchup. The Bill are 3-4 and have the worst rush defense in the NFL, while the Texans have the sixth best rushing attack with Arian Foster leading the way. Even if backup running back Ben Tate can not suit up, the running game should be just fine.

Despite the rushing success, Texans head coach Gary Kubiak wants to improve on the team's efficiency in running the ball:

"You try to look at the big picture and say our yards per carry is still not good enough," Kubiak said. "We need some more big plays ... we've got to find (Foster) some more space and some big plays. If we do that, all that takes a couple big plays and your average goes up."

The Bills rushing defense giving up 176.9 yards per game, the Texans should be able to break off a few big running plays.

Former Texans defensive end Mario Williams will make his first return trip to Houston. Williams has been slowed down part of this season by a sprained wrist, however he has been improving so he could be a force against the Texans offense.
