The Houston Texans and Buffalo Bills are facing off at Reliant Stadium on Sunday, but even with the week off, each team is missing some key players. Texans backup running back Ben Tate was a scratch on Friday afternoon because of a hamstring injury.
Houston is missing a few backups along the offensive line on Sunday, but that may not be an issue unless any of the starters have to leave the game with an injury.
The Bills will be without a pair of starters in right tackle Erik Pears, who is out with a hip injury, and starting defensive end Mark Anderson is still out with his knee injury. Buffalo is also missing a pair of backups in the secondary, and could be an issue on passing downs this afternoon.
Here are the inactives for both teams:
Texans: RB Ben Tate, CB, Roc Carmichael, OL Andrew Gardner, G Cody White, G Reed Brooks and NT Terrell McClain
Bills: K John Potter, QB, Tarvaris Jackson, CB Terrence McGee, SS Delano Howell, OLB Kirk Morrison, OL Erik Pears and DE Mark Anderson.
The Texans and Bills kickoff at 1 p.m. on CBS.
