In a game between two likely playoff teams, the Houston Texans have jumped out to a 10-0 lead over the Indianapolis Colts after one quarter in Houston.
The big blow came on a 3-yard touchdown pass from Matt Schaub to Andre Johnson just under the five-minute mark. That 13-play, 57-yard drive made it 10-0. Houston's first three came on a 27-yard field goal from Shayne Graham on the game's opening drive.
Through one quarter, Schaub has made quick work of the Colts' defense. He is 7-9 passing for 99 yards, including the touchdown. Arian Foster is the only Texan to pick up any rushing yards. He has 27 yards on nine carries.
Offensively for Indianapolis, however, there is not much going on. The team has picked up just three first downs and 11 total yards. Quarterback Andrew Luck is 1-f5 for 15 yards and Vick Ballard has rushed for 20 yards on five carries.
