The Houston Texans will enter their 2012 training camp looking to plug at least two holes on the offensive line, likely on the weak right side, and former University of Georgia center Ben Jones could be the answer at right guard for Houston, who took the second highest rated center in the fourth round of the NFL Draft. If the evaluation of current veteran offensive linemen like Wade Smith, means anything, Jones could be competing for a starting job.
LG Wade Smith was impressed w/ rookie C @benjones60 in OTAs. "He’s a smart kid. I like what he's been doing." #Texans

Jones was considered a "curious pick" by Battle Red Blog back in April, considering Houston resigned center Chris Myers, but it's possible Jones could be playing at guard come September.
