Texans Expect To Have Top Defense In The NFL In 2012

J.J. Watt, according to the Houston Texans team website, expect his team to have the best defensive unit in the NFL. Watt is entering his second season with the Texans after being taken 11th overall in the 2011 NFL Draft out of the University of Wisconsin and figures to be a key piece on Houston's defensive line.

Houston finished secondt in the NFL last season in total defense and Watt fully expects them to build on that and have the number one ranked defense in 2012:

"We're definitely aware of expectations, and I think they're even higher in our room than they are on the outside world," he said. "Last year, I believed we finished No. 2 in overall defense, this year we want to be No. 1. It takes a lot of hard work and it's not going to be easy, but it's our goal and we expect nothing less."
